rubyのインストールにruby-installをつかう

しばらくrbenvのruby-buildを使ってきたが、--enable-sharedするのがめんどうそうだったので、chrubyとペアになっているruby-installに宗旨変えする。

ダウンロード：

git clone https://github.com/postmodern/ruby-install.git

インストール：

sudo make install

rubyのinstall例

ruby-install -i /opt/rubies/2.0.0-p481 ruby 2.0 -- --enable-shared

これで、ruby 2.0の最新版(2.0.0-p481)が、/opt/rubies/に入る
